How do I use my DigiTickets?
You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.
I don't have a printer...
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.
Do you issue refunds?
No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.
I’ve won a farm entry ticket, how can I make my booking?
If you have a free farm entry voucher and you want to book Father Christmas online, please call us on 01372 363764 and we can process your booking over the phone.
Do I have to visit on the date and time that I booked the ticket for?
The ticket you purchase is for a specific date of entry and time slot only. It cannot be used at another time. If you miss your time slot to see Father Christmas, we cannot guarantee you a ticket for another session.
When should I arrive for my visit?
The Farm Park is open all day from 10am – 5.30pm (or 9am on certain advertised days listed). Your ticket to the farm park gives you access to visit all day (or after 3pm for After School tickets) and we recommend spending at least a couple of hours to make the most of all the animals, activities and play on offer. You should aim to arrive at the farm at least 30 minutes before your booked Father Christmas time to allow for parking and ticket collection etc. Your allocated time slot to see Father Christmas is not changeable. Once you have checked in at the entrance you must ensure that you arrive at the departure point 10 minutes before your booked session time. The Santa Express trailer will depart promptly and will not wait for late arrivals.
Is there wheelchair or pushchair access to see Father Christmas?
Yes. Father Christmas’s workshop is suitable for wheelchairs; however the short trailer ride around to the grotto is unable to accommodate them. We would ask for all wheelchairs and pushchairs to be walked alongside the trailer along with the accompanying adults. Pushchairs not in use must be left outside the workshop.
Can adults ride on the Santa Express?
No, we cannot permit adults to ride on the Santa Express trailer, it is for children only. The trailer travels at walking pace so adults may walk directly alongside with pushchairs or with children not comfortable to ride alone on the trailer. The ride lasts no longer than 5 minutes.
Can we take photos?
Yes. We ask that all photos are taken as your child is meeting Father Christmas as there is not time at the end for additional photos.
A professional photo will be taken by one of our elves of each family group meeting Father Christmas. These will be available to purchase at an additional cost at the end.
Can I purchase tickets on site on the day?
Extra tickets for farm entrance can always be purchased on the day. There may sometimes be availability for additional Father Christmas tickets on the day but we cannot guarantee this.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes. For group bookings of 10 or more children or for Nursery/School/SEN Groups and Birthday Parties, please contact us by telephone on 01372 363764.
